I was posting regurally until the lockdown. Then I just stopped and isolated. I was a 58 overweight diabetic lady. Now I am a slightly skinnier 59 year old diabetic lady. (I lost 15 pounds). I went back to work and went to the hospital with Covid but I am better now. It was very scary. I got it from a co-worker who wouldn't mask. Then I gave it to my family. My coworkers and family all lost a month of work.
Now I am working again. I listed and sold two homes and I am rehabbing a home I own in Caldwell for sale. I will talk about the market in a later blog. Lets just say its a very good time to sell and a hard time to buy.
I keep trying to qualify buyers but the prices are very high in the Treasure Valley. Again we will talk about that maybe tomorrow.
They have a contest at work and the thought of a new computer inspired me to start prospect again. I want to concetrate on real estate because of the variants and want to be able to isolate again if people start getting Covid a second time. The first time bad. You would think I should just prospect because commission checks are more money than a new computer. Funny what motivates us.
I am enjoying being back in the game. I am a great agent. I work for a great brokerage that gives me a lot of support and has a great marketing package. I have a great team to back me up. I can help people. They need me to protect and guide them through this process.
Now time to check my bills on the last rehab project to make sure I get paid what I laid out.
