In my mind, we shouldn't be upset with zillow for doing their thing, we should be disappointed in NAR for allowing them.  Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if NAR was in cahoots with them since they obviously aren't in cahoots with us, haha.

If that happens, NAR will need to step up and find a viable alternative for us

Agreed Zillow needs to be stopped before they take over the whole industry.  We don't use showing time in our MLS but several around us do that we are also a part of.

It's total BS. I'm so sick of the agents who let their greed support Zillow.

Just remember they and their agents will be held to our high ethical standards and I think complaints will run rampart. Here agents lie in wait for something to file a complaint about.
