I wouldn't mind adding the room in the first picture onto my home Brian! Love a wall of windows. 

On another note, I always look for additional seating in a vacation home, off to the side when not in use but easily moved so all can gather for game night and such. 

Hello Brian England, paying attention to the living areas in vacation homes is very important, they're usually furnished to allow maximum seatings. You've shared two very good examples. 

Hi Brian- When you're on vacation, you want a living area where people can gather!!! The ones you show look very  comfortable. 

we sell a lot of furnished homes and when someone is looking for one that they will use, but also vacation rent.... I look for durable when it comes to living room furniture.  But the most important thing here isn't the furniture it's the view/water.  People rent here for the lake, but still attractive photos of the interior make it easier.
