Gets the job done!

I have already made food for the day.....  no cabbage.  If I knew i could have made stuffed cabbage.  I was going to make it this weeks  and the cabbages at the store were tiny.

We all need a little more "cabbage" in our life, both the food and the money!  Show me the cabbage! ! !

The right Charlotte REALTOR!

As luck would have it I fixed jerk chicken, cabbage & plantains last night for dinner. I could "feel" cabbage day was coming & wanted to get a jump on it 😁

I hate when that happens, Debbie Holmes.  Time for a different recipe.

My recipe is an old family recipe that came from the old country.  It is officially called Tanta (Aunt) Rosie's sweet and sour stuffed cabbage. I will wait for the cabbage leaves to be bigger.  Tanta Rosie came from the old country and was my maternal grandmother's aunt.

That sounds wonderful, Debbie Holmes.  I knew someone that used to add sauerkraut to the stuffed cabbage "sweet tomato sauce" to give it a sweet and sour flavor.  Tanta Rosie's recipe sounds like it is worth waiting for!

I haven't had bratwurst in ages, Debra Leisek.  I usually go for turkey kielbasa.
