-All of the townhomes offer at least two bedrooms, with some of the large units being configured for 3 and up to 4 bedrooms. Sizes from townhomes go from about 1400 square feet above grade up to 2600 above grade. The lower level is either set up for a garage, tandem garage, storage or additional living space.
-All townhomes offer at least a one car garage, and some are set up with a 2 car attached or tandem. There is visitor parking throughout.
-Single story units are in the orignal building as wells in as located in the Mews phase. These units all feature 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. In the orginal building, there is an elevator as well as underground parking.
-All town-homes or country homes offer a eat in kitchen and a minimum of two baths
-Single story units in the Mews collection have rules for moving in and moving out-contact the property management company for details.
-On-going construction is happening in 'The Woodlands' collection which properties currently being available for occupancy in early Spring of 2022.
-Rumor has it the parcel near where Reserve rd at Rivington Rd will be active adult living, but I haven't seen anything on the devolpers website-verify this is city hall.
-Residents of the Hills have access to their own pool, plus the other pools on site. Only residnets of 'The Hills' phase may use that pool.
-There is a hiking trail around some of the permiter of the complex with a couple of access points in the complex.
-Home prices currently range from the high $300s to over $700,000 depending on size, location and finishes.
