As I'm sure you know, there's nothing like a fresh coat of paint to help sell a house faster. Sometimes things just need to be cleaned up. And, of course at other times, some rooms need to lightened or brightened...of should we say neutralized?!
Now i'm not here to make judgments on whether someone should hire a pro or do it themselves.
Regardless of what I think (or recommend), some people will be determined to do it themselves. Some of them are actually quite handy (yes, I've seen a few DIY jobs that I've really been impressed by. Truly.
And, of course there will always be some people that can't afford to hire anybody. I get it.
So, I finally wrote this article that should come in handy for homeowners (and even renters). It has the 17 Best DIY painting tools for a faster and better job.
These are the tools that my painters actually use. They will help DIYers do a better job, do it faster and make less mess.
I originally wrote this as a free opt-in for my website, but today I turned it into a real blog post. Yes, I repurposed it. I really should do more of that.
Anyway, if you think this would help some of your clients or friends, feel free to share it (or bookmark it for future use).
I have lots of other helpful painting articles on my site, including best warm grays, best cool grays, best blue grays, best paint colors for selling a home and much, much more. You can type these into the search bar (or google) to find most of them.
I hope this is useful.
