I will be quite honest, I work so I can travel. While traveling, if times allows, it is always nice to try to see some of our "virtual" ActiveRain friends across the Country. Many I text or call, but still have not met in-person, but that could change!

Nina Hollander has to be the FIRST one, as she has come to Denver twice and we met up both times, and in 2019 while on vacation, flew into Tennessee, and then drove to Charlotte and stayed with Nina & Chris for a few days. SO enjoyable! She showed me some areas around town that she blogs about, which is SO nice now, I know where they are! We went shopping, and talked and talked, so much fun!
Debbie Reynolds, C21 Platinum Properties - don't you miss her very informative posts? I know I sure do! Over the years we had talked a few times on the phone, and always "chatted" on our posts daily, so you feel like you truly know the person. On the same trip as listed above, I went to Clarksville and met Debbie! She invited me into her home too, and so lovely and even visited a winery in the afternoon! Her and her husband have SO much going on, I was shocked that she ever had any time for blogging.
Roy Kelley while on a trip to Philadelphia, Gita and I had planned to go to Longwood Gardens, and KNEW Roy & Dolores love that place. It is no wonder, it is simply beautiful. My camera battery did not last the whole day, and now have a couple extras for type days! It was fun sitting at lunch chatting about each other and getting to know more about Roy. Such a nice man!
Then there was a time when I realized I had some free time in December 2019, and KNEW I needed to see for myself how beautiful Sedona is. Sheri Sperry - MCNE® and Rick had a lunchtime free while I was in town and we enjoyed a long lunch until Sheri had to rush off to take care of business. She is also the reason I got my certification for Luxury Home Sales. Rick's photographs and videos of Sedona are stunning, and is in person also!
Gita Bantwal although she has not blogged in quite some time, we always stay in touch. Her brother decided he was going to buy a home here in Denver, and Gita referred me, and was wonderful to be able to meet them too! Gita and I have talked for years, and went out 2.5 years ago and visited Jamison, and we did lots of fun things for almost a week. ALMOST met Hannah Williams, but her schedule changed, and we could not meet up.
Eileen Hsu and Morgan Evans They have been missed (like many) but have not stopped selling real estate in NYC. NEWS FLASH, they had a baby boy, and he is adorable, of course. We text back and forth, and sometimes on Facebook. They are always claiming Top Producer accolades with their company, so proud of them! They came to Denver for a wedding, so took them to Mount Evans and around Denver a bit. Then I went into NYC (on another trip), and spent a couple days with these two wild people. Went out with them, and COULD NOT keep up with them and their friend! I think they "poured" me back into their Dorchester Condo after midnight. I had a rough day recovering....
I went through the US map and wrote down everyone (that I could remember) actually meeting in person. It is quite the list, including Kerrie LaGuardia, Bob Stewart and Ben Kinney at the New Orleans NAR convention and Rain Camp back in 2010. Debe Maxwell was there too, but not sure I ever went up to introduce myself. This was my first event to attend.
Lots of very fun people here in ActiveRain, and last night called David & Sally Hanson and was fun catching up with their lives. Sure miss them too! So many connections over the years..... and this post could have been another 1,000 words with all that I have met!
