“Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.”
Some of peoples esteem and energy seems to feed off of correcting what people are not doing well. Often these corrections come off as judgmental. Very often these type of communications can lead to disharmony and fighting. At some point there will come a time where we will do a masterful job at using wisdom and discernment when we give feedback and the feedback will be harmonious. However, if someone is not ready for it or does not welcome it the feedback can seem like a judgement.
Thus, make every effort to do what leads to peace. Be diligent to use words of praise of what someone is doing well. Perhaps if you get one praiseworthy point that someone is doing well and then mention some thing that they may be able to do even better the feedback will be received. Its the none wanted and snarky corrections that are often not received.
If you get your energy off of doing the feedback in a more worldly way, you probably have the gift to give the feedback in a more heavenly way! People will see the change and be amazed by it! Love those around you and build them up as often as possible!
THANK YOU GOOD AND GRACIOUS GOD FOR YOUR HELP AND GUIDANCE IN MY INTERACTIONS WITH PEOPLE. HELP ME MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DO WHAT LEADS TO PEACE AND TO UPLIFT PEOPLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. AMEN!
