Toronto Real Estate Market is Surpassing 2019 in Prices and Volume.

Toronto has not seen a let up in activity since the late summer of 2019 in detached, semi detached and townhomes. Our prices are going through the roof as multiple offers, sometimes in excess of 30 offers is not uncommon. There is very little being listed and a very high pent up demand.  More and more people want back yard space and properties with pools because of the lock down. Camps will once again be closed this summer also creating this demand.

We experienced a huge down turn in the condo market both in sales and rentals. Sale prices decreased significantly but are now on the rise since the beginning of February.

Rents in condos have decreased and the bidding wars on rentals have also subsided.

Unfortunately we are also seeing some of the uglier side of realtors and their unprofessionalism.
