Thankful Thursdays...for Our Weekly Zoom Meetings
Many of you may be Zoomed out and I get it. And I know that for some the Zoom time doesn’t work for them, and I get that too. But I am very thankful for our weekly Zoom Meetings that began last year.
These meetings or gatherings began as a way for us to connect albeit virtually with other members. Many members live in areas that were more restricted than others in terms of getting out and what was open. And if you lived on your own, it was even more difficult to have access to human interaction.
Emails, texts, and comments in social media can only carry us so far.
Our meetings have morphed into a learning/educational/sharing platform. We’ve had members speak on photography, podcasts, ADU’s, Feng Shui, and leveraging Google cloud...and more.
This week we heard from Lauren Williams, CPO, CVPO, of Casual Uncluttering and I found what she said to be beneficial not just on a personal level but for anyone who is working with clients who need that extra nudge and guidance.
What I wanted to share with you is that Lauren offers her services via virtual consultations. So if you’re in Texas (or anywhere else) and have a client (or friend or family member… or yourself) you can still call on Lauren for help even though she lives in Washington State.
In fact, when I spoke to her yesterday after the Zoom meeting, she said that many actually feel more comfortable working with her virtually. And I get that!
Some people may be embarrassed by their many treasures and having that nudge given to them virtually, feels a lot better.
Give Lauren a call!

I hope you’ll join us when you can at some of our Zoom meetings. I have had more members say how much fun it is actually seeing and hearing another member other than in their two-dimensional profile photo.

Here’s the link to the Zoom Call, held on Tuesdays at 2 PM EST.
If you remember how much we all loved the ActiveRain MeetUps, I think you’ll love these as well!!!
