Are you concerned about online security? You should be!
I subscribe to LastPass which not only helps me remember all my unique passwords (over 500 of them); but it also monitors my many email addresses to see if they know of any security breaches on any sites they are stored.
Here is exactly why you need to be concerned . . .
I don't even know what websites these are or recall going to them. Fortunately, that email address is one that I use for websites that I don't know which require some verifiable email account in order to log in. Had I used one of my primary emails, that could have been devistating if I reused that password on any other accounts.
I know of people that have a tough time remembering passwords so they have a list they carry with them everywhere, but what if someone finds your list? Please do not do that!
Here is all it costs to help assure your online security. To me, just the peace of mind is worth it, let alone the convenience of not having to remember over 500 passwords!
If you haven't already set up a secondary email account, do it today. They are free on hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc. I even set up special email accounts for large trade shows where they have business card drawings. Don't you hate getting emailed for years after entering a drawing for a new iPad or free . . . ? For example if you are planning on going to the Consumer Electronics Show in 2021, why not start a new email account called "myCES2021@....com"? After 3 months or so, you will know if you have won anything and you can contact the vendor directly with your main email account and forget you ever had that account ever again (unless that becomes your new email spam placeholder email.
