This 5-day 5-hours per day program will provide you with the basic commercial real estate concepts. The program has been designed to understand the financial concepts and perform financial analysis of commercial properties in real practice case studies.
Also will teach how to work a commercial lease from A-Z, how to list and sale commercial properties and how to perform a due diligence.
The prorgam is meant for agents initaiting in CRE or transitioning from residential to commercial, or for some of you who are in the commercial arena but never had the opportunity to obtain a comprehensive commercial real estate education.
