Oops I did it again. I sold another listing in a way that was quick, easy and convenient for the seller. In this case, a repeat client.
How did my team and I do it? Targeted marketing, gorgeous photos, strong negotiating skills and a focus on communication.
The thing is, my client was motivated to sell, so he wanted it sold quickly. In fact, we sold it before holding an Open House. As a coach, I like to give Open House opportunities to my fellow agents and allow them the chance to meet buyers who are looking in the area, and are unrepresented by an agent.
This beautifully maintained listing went fast. Proud of my team for getting it SOLD.
