Good evening! I have studied for a few hours this evening for my exam tomorrow morning. I feel very prepared. (I went the Real Estate School for Success and was taught by Frankie Griffin. It was excellent) I can talk about agency until I'm blue in the face and I know there are 43,560 square feet in an acre. But if you want to know about accretion, alluvion and reliction - I am not your gal. I have just decided that if they ask about those things tomorrow, I am going to guess.
Thank you to all of you that have wished me luck. It is nice to know that I have people cheering me on. I am amazed at the comments I have been receiving about my posts. I am thrilled that I am inspiring some other mothers and encouraging new agents. I hope I continue to do so with my daily posts. (Yes, my goal is to post daily for as long as I have something to write about)
For those of you that have wondered - yes I will be able to actually get my South Carolina license tomorrow. After I pass my test, I will be given an application. This application must be signed by my new BIC (Terry Rainer) and taken to the RE Commission with a check for $25. About 2 hours later, I can go back and pick up the actual license. Now, getting access to the MLS is much more complicated.
Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day. Here is a list of what I am doing...
1) Passing my exam!
2) having my new BIC sign my paperwork and receive my South Carolina Provisional Real Estate Salesperson License (I would have my permanent one except for missing class due to a sick child on the last day of Final Sales)
3) Attending my first Team Meeting at the local Keller Williams office
4) Attending a training on getting listings
5) Going swimming with my children at the end of a fabulous day!
I am sure tomorrow I will all sorts of exciting things to tell you. Until then...
Good night!
