Yippee!!!
It makes such a difference when you have an agent on the other side who is just so incredibly sweet and is looking to get the job done with a pleasant attitude!
The contract and closing process goes so much smoother.
I know, I know! We just went into contract and I haven't really seen what awaits us.
There is always something that has to be dealt with, and that's ok. It is just a matter of whether or not we face it with a sweet attitude or not!
I've had my opportunities to work with good and pleasant agents and a few opportunities to work with pickles.

Why would anyone want to be cranky?
We have a buyer who wants to buy, a seller who wants to sell.
We have a meeting of the minds and at the end of all this we get paid!
What are people so cranky for?
The reason I enjoy real estate so much is because we have the ability to make people happy with the home decision that they have made.
Obstacles happen! It is simply part of doing business. What is most important is how we handle ourselves through those obstacles.
The real estate market here in Ocala is just as tough as it is in most of the country, but we can still have a good attitude and enjoy what we do.
I always remember my Mom saying "Laugh and the whole world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone"
Which will you choose? I choose to laugh, to be sweet and to make people happy that they chose me as their realtor!
