What would your office be like if Dr Seuss was the broker and primary training officer? A staff first-time home-buyer training session might go something like this:
This real estate business is quite amusing,
sometimes it's challenging, sometimes confusing.
But Realtors know the real estate rules,
and it's up to us to use our tools.
We'll help these buyers on their way, and that is how we earn our pay.
It's step one and two and three and four, and if they qualify there may be more.
They'll need a lender to look at docs, and calculate and concentrate,
And scratch his nose and wiggle his ears until a number finally appears.
And with that number in our minds, we'll start the search and what will we find?
We'll view a blue house, red house -- maybe more,
A tall house, short house, who's keeping score?
Then out of nowhere it will appear, and before you know it they'll shed a tear.
They found their home to put down roots, to plant a garden; they'll store their boots. They'll be happy for all we did, and with the info they'll make a bid.
And if accepted they'll go to close, and thank the Realtor they're glad they chose.
