Boise & Treasure Valley real estate is still hot! Home prices continue to rise to record highs while the number of available properties is even lower than a year ago. Median sold price was 29.4% higher than a year ago. Only 1,399 units got sold compared to 1,558 last February. It's been increasingly diffucult for buyers to find their new home. With interest rates projected to rise this year, more and more buyers will, with sense of urgency, enter the market to take advantage of low rates.
