Almost everyday, I am asked questions about all the things that have changed over the years in the real estate business. Yesterday, I was asked..."What hasn't changed in the real estate business?" I told the caller that I wanted to sleep on that question.
As fate would have it, I was going through some old files this morning and ran across an article that I co-wrote with the late Dr. Dick McKenna more than 30 years ago. After reading it, I knew the answer to "What hasn't changed in the real estate business?" For me, "Recruiting Solves All Problems" and "The principle reason to have a constant recruiting program is for the development and productivity of your present agents".
