Virtual Tour Syndication

Virtual Tour syndication just makes!!!

You know that when you generate more exposure for your listings, they are likely to sell quicker and at a higher price.  Who has the time to re-enter a single real estate listing into hundreds of syndicaion and distribution systems?  Most agents do not and that is why Digital Tours and More has direct access to the PicturePath portal through Realtor.com and Move.com.  We are authorized to feed ANY real estate virtual tour with a valid MLS number to the sites listed below free of charge as long as the listing agent is a showcase member of Move.com/Realtor.com

Move.com (Realtor.com) applies a charge for each real estate virtual tour sent from us to these sites if the Realtor is  a non-showcase member.  The fee is waived if the Realtor is a showcase member with Move.com.(Realtor.com) If you are not a showcase member an dwould like your virtual tour sent to Realtor.com we apply a $25.00 at the time of your tour order and your tour will instantly be sent to Realtor.com and 90 other sites upon the upload!! yes 90 other Sites.  Now there is only one question to ask.  Is you listing worth the extra $25.00 to be shown on 90 other websites?

Ask for the Best, You'll get the Best!!!

Hey Mike,

Although this post was written quite a while ago, I just wanted to write to tell you as a fellow photographer, I couldn't agree with you more. Some of my clients just "don't" get it! Their clients know about the virtual tours and there are tons of services out there now that you can get a HD virtual tour for as low as $5 and an average of $10 for the better ones. With technology today, buyers are looking online for their homes first, as the newspaper just doesn't hit it anymore. I get so tired of the groaning, my house isn't showing ... I need to try to leave my sarcasm out and for those that will listen ... NICELY ... tell them why.  :-)

Thanks for the great post even though it's been up for a while. LOL, I was just doing some searching and yours caught my eye.

Have a great week.
