More Listings Will Arrive This Month
After an intense winter in the Whatcom County real estate market, more new resale listings are on the horizon this month. March historically marks the beginning of the eight month prime-time real estate market.
Whatcom County is virtually sold out up to the $1.5 million price point. Sales Activity Intensity™ for homes up to $500,000 is extremely high, what I consider “uber frenzy”; 64 percent of sales activity occurs in this price range. There is predominantly frenzy Sales Activity Intensity™ for homes in the $500,000 to $1.5 million range.
