24 homes sold in Providence Pointe in 2020 at an average selling price of $437,047 compared with 25 home sales in 2019 at an average sale price of $414,048. Providence Pointe homes sold at 98.8% of asking price on average. Average days on market in 2020 were 19 days, eight days fewer than in 2019.

Southampton remains a popular Ballantyne neighborhood for home buyers looking for a more affordable home. 24 homes sold in 2020 at an average sale price of $337,396 compared with 23 homes sold in 2019 at an average selling price of $318,457. Sellers received 98.5% of listing price in final sale price in 2020. Average days on market were 34.

One of Ballantyne area's "earlier" communities built during the 1990's with wonderful community amenities, Thornhill saw 28 homes sell at an average sale price $417,612 in 2020 compared with 33 homes sold in 2019 at an average sale price of $362,588. Sellers received 100.6% of list price in final sale price compared with 97.89% in 2019. Average days on market in 2020 were just 13 days.

Built around a championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, Piper Glen had 38 home sales in 2020 at an average sale price of $840,900 compared with 43 closed home sales in 2019 at an average sale price of $740,114 in 2019. Since 2018, the average sale price of Piper Glen homes has increased over $200,000. Sellers received 97.5% of asking price. Average days on market were 62 in 2020, but this number was skewed by one home that sat on the market for 727 days. Median days on market were just 15 days.

Homes sold at 100.2% of list price on average compared with 98.17% of asking price in 2019. Days on market in Raeburn in 2020 were just 15.

One of Ballantyne area's earliest developments, Landen Meadows remains a popular neighborhood for its schools, amenities, and affordable pricing. In 21 homes sold in 2020 at an average sale price of $325,452 compared with 28 homes sold at an average price of $304,483 in 2019.  The 21 closed homes sold at 100.8% of list price, on average, compared with 99.03% in 2019. Average days on market were 21.

Sellers received 100.2% of list price in final sale price in 2020 compared with 98.43% in 2019. Average days on market were 41. This average days on market were skewed by one home that was on market for 298 days. Median days on market were just 3 days.
