9 neighborhoods on the 2020 list were hot neighborhoods for three consecutive years now -- Millbridge, Lawson, Cureton, Hunter Oaks, Providence Downs, Providence Downs South, The Courtyards at Wesley Chapel, Longview, Greenbrier. Two neighborhoods made the 2020 hot neighborhoods list for a second consecutive year -- Somerset and Briarcrest. Two new neighborhoods are on the hot neighborhood list in Waxhaw as of 2020 -- Anklin Forrest and Cortona.
