2020 and 2021 ARE LOOKING EERILY LIKE THE 2005 ERA FOR HOME SALES

I just read this Urban Turf article based on a Zillow prediction for home sales in 2021. Looking a little closer at the graph, these past few years look eerily similar to the years leading up to the real estate market crash in 2006/2007. What do you think? One thing is for certain, if you have any thoughts on selling your home, this would be a VERY good time to get it done.. I'm a licensed and seasoned real estate broker in MD, DC and VA and I'm happy to answer any/all questions you may have about selling.

Hello Jamie,Ā  It is unreal in our area of the low inventory now and that prices keep going up.

I truly cannot wait until this market is over.  I'm hoping that it comes back slowly as sellers relax more about the Covid virus and are willing to list.  Otherwise, there may be a chance that we have a repeat of the 2006-2007 market crash which I'm praying won't be the case.
