69 homes sold in Brandon Oaks in 2020 compared with 79 homes sold in 2019. Brandon Oaks remains a perennially favorite and affordable Indian Trail neighborhood, although average sale prices in 2019 rose to over $300,000 to $300,906 in 2020 compared with $277,447 in 2019, $262,159 in 2018 and $251,772 in 2017. Average cumulative days on market in Brandon Oaks were just 14 days. Home sellers received 100% of asking price in sale price.
