Last months stats are out (for Feb. 2021 ) , and they are staggering. 131 homes on the market ? 895 closings, meaning we have FAR more buyers than homes for sale. In most ranges we are seeing an average of 12 offers per home. Average price is up over 20% since last year ? What does this mean ?
