😤Home Prices GONE WILD 🎢Beyond Affordability in Northern Virginia

A year into the pandemic we have been going through a roller coaster of dealing with COVID19, a lot of anxiety and stress for our loved ones, and new rules we had to play with at personal and professional levels.

To top all this if you are housing hunting that stress is unfathomable. The housing market especially in the DC Metro area including Fairfax & Loudoun county of Northern Virginia has seen unprecedented real estate prices.

Will this madness in the housing market will outpace our affordability?

Is the real estate market a bubble that will burst when we enter post COVID19?

With the demanding housing market, how much higher will prices for homes go?
