Put a For Sale sign in the yard and it will sell quickly! That is the going trend in the St. George, Utah area. Multiple offers are common and builders are implementing highest & best bidding on ready-to-release lots.

 

Potential home buyers must submit aggressive offers with few or no contingencies to immediately grab the seller’s attention. Or no go. To those real estate guru’s who are selling podcasts or sales programs to help get listings sold: It’s time to catch up with what’s really happening in the market!
