Today's Millennials are sophisticated and eager to own their own home. I'm working with three Millennials now and they really glitter and sparkle! They know what they want and they are open to new ideas. Multiple offers doesn't scare them. No matter what happens, they just glitter and continue to sparkle. Guess what? They ARE resilient and successful!
In an age which is constantly challenging and changing for an older generation, educated Millennials focus on their goals. They are very tech savvy, and they are not threatened when it comes to buying property in a Seller's Market. After all, for most of them, this is their first experience. Because they have nothing to compare it to, they have no fear!
Today's Millennials take center stage. They don't waste time. I find that they are automatically programmed to making fast and sound decisions. When you give them the data they ask for, they can make reasonable assumptions. The best way to guide them is to share information. Be truthful, and most of all from beginning to end, always be respectful.
