Let them know that you appreciate that they reached out to you and use that as a jump-off point to start building a relationship with them. A quick response always sends a positive message.

If you have a page on your broker's website, make sure that you have a detailed profile completed that sells your strengths as well as possible, and has detailed (and correct) contact information so that clients can get in touch with you.
