Lighting up the interior

I am curious to see what lighting techniques others are using if any. are you using soft boxes, open bulb and bouncing from behind, flash on camera or remote flash, may be perhaps your not using any at this time.

The first time out on my interior shoot i was having an issue with window blow out. I am trying to overcome this. I don't really want to pack in and set up a bunch of lighting but if that is what it takes I guess i better start packing them with me just in case. I have learned some techniques this week that I am going to try, but again need to pack some lighting.

How have you overcome the window blow out?

I use 2 remote flashes with the "better bounce card" - google it, you can make it yourself for a buck.

I am using two Nikon speedlights, the SB900 and the SB600, off camera.  I position one on a small Westcott stand and the other on its off camera base.  I use the in-camera flash to trigger the two speedlights, bouncing the light off the ceiling, when possible.  This set-up is light weight and provides a great deal of flexibility and works great is most instances.
