Nassau County Florida Real Estate Market

Real Estate Agent with Watson Realty Corp. SL3134026

How is the Market?

I am asked that question alot about the Nassau County real estate market.  And the answer is, if you are a buyer then the market is great, you could not have chosen a better time to purchase a home than right now!  The inventory of homes for sale right now in the Nassau County area is large and most homes are priced according to what today's real estate market will yield for them.  The market is also causing changes with new construction homes, builders have reduced their prices to be more competitve with resales in the area and are offering attractive incentives to buyers as well.  On the other side of the fence, if you are a seller in today's market you will need the help of an internet savy agent that can get your home the online exposure it needs to sell in today's market.  Gone are the days of just putting a sign in the front yard and waiting for the offers to come in.  Today over 85% of future homebuyers begin their initial home search online and your home needs to be available for them to see.  Having a good agent to guide you in the marketing aspects and having your home properly priced and in good showing condition will make a difference.  A home that shows well and that is priced properly will sell!  For more information and home listings, please visit (Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Yulee, Callahan, Hilliard and Bryceville)

I like your comments about the market.  There likely hasn't been a better opportunity for home buyers in the last 10 years.
