Here are the Skagit County numbers for March 2021 compared to March 2020 and 2019.
For residential, we can see that the number of listings was equal to last year but the median sold price is up and the days on market is down. That means buyers need to be "Buyer Ready, Day 1" - ask me about my program to help buyers be ready to offer immediately and beat competing buyers.
For the condo market in Skagit County, the # of listings was up while the median sales price is down but look at the days on market, it's down from last year. Buyers need to be quick to react in this market.
Here's the vacant land update for March. We have slightly fewer listings but pending and solds. Even vacant land is hot right now.
