Love/Hate Top Producer

I love love love Top Producer but hate hate hate the add on fees. This user group should consider putting pressure on Top Producer about their add on fees, especially the extra fee to sych with your telephone. The extra price is 14.95 a month. My opinion this should be included with every license purchased. Syncing your phone with your computer is basic in today's techno world.

Other fees include:

assistant 20.00/mo

additional agents on your team 39.95 a month

market snap shot 70.00/mo.

top connector 150.00 set up

outlook connector 150.00 set up

At the last CRS convention there was talk among several agents  if something comes along cheaper they would change or as soon as they had time to do a little research they would change. Top Producer is a great product but they are running the risk of pricing themselves out the average agent market.  All Top Producer users, start asking for a price cut...

When they cut prices start blogging about it.

I agaree with you.  The add on fees just keep adding up.

I have voiced my opinion with Top Producer regarding charging for the 8i on line classes.  I have been with Top Producer since their DOS version and not I am really struggling getting used to 8i.  We are being forced to upgrade to 8i and then they have the audacity to charge us additional if we want to learn it quickly!  The classes are $35 apiece!

Does anyone else feel the same way?

I'm looking for other options.  I love 7i, but I spent about 10 minutes on 8i this morning trying to figure out basic stuff with no success.  It's so frustrating!!!

You're right about charging to teach us how to use 8i...it's enough to make me start seeing what else is out there.  Does anyone know how long we'll get to use 7i until they force us to upgrade?

I've researched Busy Agent Pro.  It seems to have everything you need to run a real estate business...anyone have input on this system?
