Today’s View –  April 9, 2021 – Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (4/9/21) not including new construction 19 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 43 are under contract, and 27 have sold in the last 30 days. The absorption rate (Active/30 day sold) is .70 which is considered a seller’s market.

Wayne, yes inventory.  Notice the count of those that came on the market in the last week (11) and the number that went under contract (6) in the same week.

Not reflected in the report directly, those that did go under contract where on the market for about week.
