Start with 2 chicken breasts. Place them in the bottom of a 9 x 9 glass baking dish. Sprinkle the tops of the breasts with cinnamon. Then cover with 1 and ½ cups of cooked rice. Finally, Open 16 ounce can of fruit cocktail and pour over the rice (fruit, juice and all). Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve.
So simple it shouldn’t even be called a recipe. And still, it is delicious. Especially with the sweet of the fruit and the spicy of the cinnamon battling to see who can flavor the chicken more.
