"You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine." - John C. Maxwell
While many think of routine as a boring cousin to adventure, the truth is that your small daily actions make up a tremendous amount of your life in the long run.
So, what are the actions you do without thinking? Are you reaching for donuts every morning? Or giving yourself space to wake up well?
The small things MATTER and creating an intentional routine morning and night can help push out bad habits.

As for adults, these tiny changes can help you set up a more productive and nurturing routine.
1. Figure Out What You Need
First things first, decide what you'd like to add to your life. Is it daily yoga? Time for prayer and meditation? A morning smoothie? Decide on the habits you would benefit from MOST and make a list of 3-5 actions.
2. Add to An Existing Good Routine Habit
Now, start with one new activity and add it directly after something you already do.
For example, if you'd like to put on lotion in the mornings, do it immediately after you brush your teeth and before you leave the bathroom. This eliminates as much friction as possible so you'll continue. When it comes to new habits, easier is always better.
3. Give Yourself Space (& Time)
Now, move around your schedule or get up earlier. This gives you extra space in the mornings and evenings. These are the best times to implement a routine, and you won't be able to do great things if you're always crunched for time.
4. Keep Going
And finally, add one new positive action to your routine at a time, and before you know it you'll have a super productive, rocking routine that makes you feel amazing and bookmarks another amazing day.
