4 homes sold in Cureton during the First Quarter of 2021, 4 fewer homes than in the same quarter one year ago. New listings were also down compared with the same quarter one year ago -- down 10 homes. It should be pointed out that 12 new listings in a community with over 500 homes, is no "real" inventory to speak of.

 

Cureton home sellers received 100.7% of asking price on average. Average days on market were 11. Median days on market were just two.

 

Home prices in Cureton can range from the lower $300,000's to the low  $800,000's. Average sale price in Cureton in the first quarter 2021 was $542,000, considerably higher than the average sale price of $487,833 at the end of the fourth quarter 2020. Median sale price was $531,500. Home prices ranged from a low of $365,000 to a high of $740,000.

 

As the first quarter 2021 ended, no homes were listed for sale in Cureton. Seven homes were in contract at the end of the quarter.
