Matthew 5:5-6
“Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”
Someone who has taken the time day by day to read these message and devote time with the Lord is certainly someone who has shown hunger and thirst for righteousness. And someone who has the will to do onto others as you would now want done onto you is someone who is carrying out the will of God. And has you continue to want to live your best and fullest life so you can better serve others you will certainly be filled like this promise states!
Its amazing that in our filling of others needs, and in our serving and helping others all parties are blessed and prospered! To be meek is to be patiently humble. There are times I am sure where you have been very patient, and the wait has seemed like a long time coming and then finally what you were waiting for happened! If that is something you experienced, how did it feel?
And if you are still patiently waiting for something to come to pass, you should feel better knowing that blessing is still coming. Remember Gods promises are stored up for you! And they are available to you here on earth in this life! Combine staying patient and humble and move forward with continued hunger and thirst for the things of God and you will be filled with blessings.
LORD YOUR BLESSINGS ARE FILLING! MY HUNGER AND THIRST IS TO PASS ALONG AS MUCH BLESSING AS POSSIBLE TO THOSE AROUND ME THAT NEED IT! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ABUNDANT PROMISES!
