My boss was in town recently and wanted to get together with the whole team to have some fun. It was decided that we would visit an ax-throwing place. I have to admit that I wasn't overly excited about it, but I did in fact enjoy it. We had a lot of fun together and I learned that it isn't as easy as it looks to hit the target with an ax, haha. It turns out that there are quite a few establishments in the East Valley where one can participate in this type of thing, so if you are looking for something fun to do with family and/or friends, give it a try.

I specialize in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area - Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.

Brian, I think I would feel like you did, not that excited, but glad you ended up having fun.

This has really become a craze around here too. I am wondering if it has something to do with C19 and people needing to vent by throwing something. 🙃 Happy Monday Brian...

Hello Brian - I have heard about this but have yet to know of anyone who has participated.  It makes me wonder if this a segment for The Darwin Awards.  No judgment just a thought.

Morning Brian.

We have one of those, don't see the attraction, but a lot of people enjoy it.

Hi Brian... sometimes the things we are least interested in trying end up being fun to do... although I will admit, axe throwing has never been on my bucket list and I still doubt it will ever be! :)

Brian, Is this an example of your team outing. Axe Throwing :))

Sounds like a country type contest that would work here with our white water rafing, hiking at the Falls, skiing.

Hopefully nobody got fired. I would hate to be "axed" that way

Brian

I have seen any places you can do ax throwing and I surprised there are several. Love Kathy's comment about the Ed Ames Carson bit, cheers cvc

Well that's an interesting concept. I guess why not? There's paint ball fights, why not a competitive game of ax throwing? Paul Bunyon must be in the house.
