Minneola FL is located just North of Clermont FL with an 84 "livability" score out of 100 according to Lake and Sumter Style. Minneola is a lot more than rolling hills, golf courses, and beautiful lakes! If you've been a resident of Lake and Sumter counties or have visited the area on a regular basis, you can see tremendous growth. Some of the great additions have been the dog park, new schools, restaurants, and the South Lake Trail.

 

 

It's no surprise many homebuyers have Minneola on their list when it's time to go house hunting. With great demand and a low inventory of homes for sale, it's best to start your search now rather than later.
