Do Not Use Eperks

By
Real Estate Agent with JCS Realty

About 2 months ago we recieved a call from eperks and they gave us the whole story on what they do. Promising qualified leads will be calling you. They said that there was only one position left for the Royal Oak area and we had to make a decision right away because there was another agent interested in the area. We should have done more research but it sounded pretty good and not too expensive so we went with it.

To date not one call and when we tried to call the customer service line or the rep that contact us there is no response. Another lesson learned.

So noted!  What are you finding that IS effective?  I get calls all the time from these companies and don't know we is shooting straight.

There are soooo many scams out there these days.  Everyone has an agenda to make a buck and if you are a sucker, you get screwed (to put it bluntly)

Greta,  and for anyone reading here that is not aware of it:  There is a nasty lawsuit ongoing right now filed by ePerks against a blogger.  Many people in the real estate community have spoken out in defense of the blogger.

Please forgive the link to my own blog ... but I think it's important for people to be aware of it. http://activerain.com/blogsview/556629/Vlad-Zablotskyy-V-ePerks

Here's a blog post writte by Mary McKnight about it: http://www.rsspieces.com/eperks-sues-real-estate-blogger-blogosphere-unites-to-destroy-the-eperks-brand

These companies that somewhat pry on Realtors trying to work hard and get business are really out of control. At somepoint this this type of thing will implode on them.
