"Adrian and Will just left our home at  in Crystal Lake 60012 it is May 20th 2008 I wanted you to know how very impressed we are with your company. We have seen the trucks around and never really understood what you actually were. We had landscape timbers that were very hard to be moved and needed to be gone. We were at our wits end when we thought of you and called the number 1-800-got-junk at 1 o' clock.  We were greeted with a very helpful person on the phone when we called your company. Within the hour we had Adrian and Will at our home given us the quote and assuring us that they would do all they can to get this job done to our satifaction. The two men just left and it is almost 6 pm.  They have also made sure we are scheduled tomorrow to remove another load as this was a very difficult job to be done in just one afternoon as the timbers were extremely heavy. We were so impressed with the level of excellence in the customer service and how well presented these men were in uniforms clean cut dressed well and speaking ENGLISH!!!We will recommend your company to all our friends.  Once again please know that Adrian and Will did an over and above job in their performance customer service and explaining everything to us."

 "I just wanted to take the time to say I am very impressed with your company and the service your guys gave me in hauling away 2 full loads of stuff. ( Back in April and now on May 24th ) Last Saturday, May 24th, Jason and Will took a full load away in Mc Henry. This was the 2nd time for Jason, and both times he was friendly, helpful, and filled the truck quickly. Will was also friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with both of them. In today's society, it is a great pleasure to work with your company. You do what you say you will, at the time agreed to, and have friendly, courteous employees. Your customer service level is great, which is very refreshing compared to other companies today. I never thought I would have to pay so much for having garbage hauled away, but certainly can understand and accept that fact when you offer so much customer service, follow thru, and are an excellent company to deal with."

"Just a quick note that I had my 1st experience with GOT-JUNK this morning. I received phone call when to expect them,following through on info. Both Nick & Ryan were professional & friendly, truck was clean (Idid not know what to expect), they were clear on the charges and it made sense, were kind about my puppy which barked with excitement(he loves people), courteous...just a very pleasant experience all around. Customer service is so important & I appreciated all. Hard to find that anywhere these days. I would & will recommend your company to friends & family. I also did this last minute, had no problem fitting me in, thank you thank you!! Found you online, only hope my furniture delivery, Macy's whicjh does not take away old furniture, is as good as you!!
