Update on #4

I found this photo (flick'r, I think) well over a year ago before I was bloging here on AR.  I was practicing RE only then and only staging for my listings.  Here's how I used this photo back then in one of my printed newsletters (Note: no longer with CB)

Saved the PHoto all this time . . . knew it would come in handy again!

Did #3 really look like that or was all the info covered for privacy before being posted here on AR? Either way #4 gets my vote, reminds me of my hilbilly childhood, lol

I vote for #1.
Don't get me wrong, I really 'liked' #4 but I wonder if a disgruntled neighbor did it as a joke or something...

I was trying to find the photo of a for sale sign in our area - of a listing my husband ended up picking up.  It was unbelievable -I scour my files for the photo . . .but the sign said, " FER SALE" - no joke!

Any wonder the realtor lost the listing? - Jennie

Tori,

Too late now, but I'm still going to put my 2 cents in!  What in the world are these homeowners thinking?  My vote goes to... naturally, #4.  It would be interesting to know if any of these homes actually sold for their true value!
