How do you get up your ranking and points?

By

I was hoping that someone could explain to me a little bit more on how AR works.  I post the blogs and respond to the maximum amount of comments I can each day, but I am curious as to how AR determines your ranking in your city, etc.  If someone could break this down for me I would greatly appreicate it, I have been a member of AR for a while now, but just need some things explained..Thank you everyone.

Look at your Point Summary (left column of home page) and see what you are getting credit for.  Repeaat those things.

Your city rank compares your total points to those of others in your city.

Continue to post blogs and comment daily.  The more blogs you post the more points you will receive.  Blogs start at 200 points.  I hope this helps.  Have a wonderful day.

The key to success in AR is to blog & comment EVERY DAY.  You've got to do as much activity as possible.  Your ranking is based upon your point score, which is a reflection of your activity (contributions) to AR.

I hope that helps.

Collette- You earn 25 points for each comment you make (up to 10 per day get points) and 200 points for each blog post you make (up to 10 per week earn points). You also earn points when people comment on your blog posts (small # of points and I think you have to get so many comments on it but you still gain points which helps climb the rankings). You also gain points for linking AR & your websites (you can gain up to 600 per link, 1 link per site, myspace does not get points but can help you in search rankings) Also you earn 250 points per person you refer that signs up, and you also earn 10% of their points which can really add up. And as Vertical mentioned above your city, county, and state rankings compare your points with other AR members in those areas points. I hope this helps, goodluck climbing up in the rankings :-D.

you get ranked by your state, your county, your town.

It's just your number of point compared to others who work in those same areas.
