Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 21, as compared to 28 last month.  Fifteen are pre-owned and six are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 6 single family homes (ranging in price from $265,000 - $2,100,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 12 condos ($195,000 – $470,000)
  • 3 townhomes ($365,000 - $699,900)

Only six of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 44 days, as compared to 69 last month. The median number of days on the market is 10 days, compared to last month’s 42 days.

Twenty Addison homes sold/closed in April; 23 closed the prior month. The median number of days on the market was 11 days, and the previous month the median was 44.  The average number of days on the market was 26 days. The range in April for the previously owned homes was 2 days to 186 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $196.72, down from last month’s $199.40 average. The average list price to sold price ratio is 98.93%, a decrease from last month’s 99.44%.

Good for you for getting the number out for April so quickly. I did the same thing for the community I service in Austin. We have a red hot market..lower sales because of anemic inventory but much higher prices. Texas is a growing state due to job growth..thank you for your April report on Addison, TX
