I love this and YES, what wonderful tips, Patricia!

BTW, I would love to test the tagging in the 'reply'-to-comments area. Will you please tag me in a reply here? I don't think that area of tagging is working. It never did but, I was hoping it would work with the new developers! ;-)

Debe Maxwell, CRS - I have been using the tagging @button but I don't know if others are receiving it. I sure hope so! When it comes to communication through a blog, tagging is so important and the courteous thing to do. I am proud of the new developers. Fixing and updating something greater than a generation ago is not an easy task. I am so glad ActiveRain still exists!!!!

Paddy Deighan MBA JD PhD - art is art! I love art. Crafting Photo Journaling is an art that many people appreciate and I can't wait to see what others do to hone their skills resulting in professional writing. Readers love to read stories.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - Anyone who has the passion to inspire and succeed has a powerful message to deliver. There is no doubt in my mind that you're going to create your own Photo Storytelling Journaling to move us. In my humble opinion, you already are an inspiration with your unique skills and life experiences.

Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 - Over the years, you have told some amazing stories coupled with Photo Storytelling Journaling. Not only did you sail around the world, you practically walked around the world too (or maybe you did, and I just don't know). You're a man who has overcome major obstacles and challenges. I can't wait to read your entries.

You are so right about it not being an easy task, Patricia. The way they explained it to me is that it's like a multitude of corporate businesses (ours) on one framework that has massive amounts of legs that have to be maintained/updated. It's not like a single large corporation website...AND the framework is SO old but, the site is far too massive to re-build. So, they have to work a small segment at a time.

Anyway, I'm big on tagging too - but, don't in the reply boxes since no one is notified. It's so sad that we can't have that...as I mentioned, to keep the conversation going.

Happy Tuesday!

marti garaughty and Debe Maxwell, CRS back in the 1980's after spouse died I took Data Processing, DBase, and Computer Science at the Community College; then got hired to work with a Team of contractors to do two major projects for file conversions to new software. One was converting Word Perfect to something else, it might have been Word. The second project was to convert something beginning with the letter D to something new at the time which involved chemical formulas for the chemists and pharmacists. It took us two years and about 60 hours a week to complete the project. It was the hardest work I ever did and nobody on the Team seemed to agree on anything! We had a private room and the door became a revolving door because they kept firing people and hiring new contractors. I stuck it out to the end and got hired but it was insane! I think that's why I have empathy for what's going on behind the scenes here on AR.

Marti - thank you for the FEATURE! Your heart is always in the right place. No worries about the image at a later date. Trust me, I understand! I am just tickled to death knowing you're still with us here on AR. Thank you for letting us know, we can always count on you! I hope your business is going well and that life is good for you.

Debe - so nobody is reading my comments in the comment box. Well that's peachy! Members must think I am rude. It's no wonder why nobody is participating in the May contest! Ugh! I'll try to win them over. Also, my intentions for the last two posts was to allow members to re-blog but I see it looks a lot different and I clicked copy but I don't think I'm doing that right either because I don't think anyone is re-blogging either! I'm such a dunce...

Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 - Seriously, sincerity matters. People know when others are sincere and when they are fake. It makes a difference in who will work with you or not.

Erik Hiss - Practice makes perfect or at least gets you noticed! Just be you and let people in to who you are. People like to connect with like minds and people who have shared interest, or can learn from. Real Estate is always about education. You'll be just fine as long as you're an original.
