Wow!!! That's absolutely amazing, Melissa. Fantastic statistics!!!!! You ladies are rockin over there in SC! =)
I love this piece! Very impressive the way you designed it and of course your stats are fantastic.
Yep, now those are stats. I noticed that you do your stats just like Linda does in that she provides MLS numbers and addresses so that everything she (and you) claim in your stats can be verified. We have noticed that many stagers are real bashful about providing this info and would rather just say "My average is XXXX" with no supporting facts. I think providing all of the info, good and bad, lends credibility to a stagers claims. We certainly don't want to hide the most powerful thing we have going for ourselves, "Results". And these are very nice results.
Kathy - Thanks! We've been pretty darned excited about that lately too!
Abby - That's what we like to do ROCK IT!
Tori Lynn - good old constant contact... by the way we got 5 calls/emails from agents yesterday after this came out!
Michele - Thanks! As Gary said in the next comment, the best thing we have going for us is stats. We need to get them out there when we can....
Gary - You are absolutely right! Actually one of those properties was under contract in 19 days (the one that says 32 days), but the agent didn't change the status in MLS right away..... we could have claimed the 19 days because it was true, but we would rather fall back to what shows in MLS. Better to show more conservative that they can verify than what we knew but couldn't prove!
Melissa, I forgot to ask, do you keep a document that lists all of your closed properties and the stats? I'm thinking you probably do,,,, How do you use this document for marketing?
Gary - actually we don't. We had planned to start one at the beginning of the year, but it never happened. Bevin actually started compliling one yesterday because one of the agents she provided a bid for asked the question, "How many homes have you staged this year and how many have sold?".....
I made a simple Excel spreadsheet where I list all of my jobs and the essential information - Realtor or Client name, address, job performed, results, how much I charged, any amounts of rental or purchase, and where they got my name.
Melissa - You hit a home run again !! I got this newsletter - great news !!! God bless,
Melissa, love, love, love the way you presented the image, info and click thru. Definitley another idea I hope to incorporate in to the redsign of my website this summer. Thanks again for sharing your excellent ideas.
You really are a star in the Staging world.
What a great presentation and even greater stats! Congratulations!
Kim Dillon, Creative Eye Home Staging
Simply superb!!! You're a whiz, you lot. Enviably so! But... back to a practical question, how did you get the post to have 3 columns in it, with photos, clickable links, etc.??
Pleeez?
Jj
Beth - Thank you for letting us know what you do!
Cheryl - I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Michelle - Thank you!
Kim - Thank you. We are always excited to share our results....
Juliet - It is a different constant contact template (promotions - classic). With the new wizard you can add links anywhere you like! Maybe I should do a tutorial?
Nice idea to thank the Realtors on the Blog. Without them, not so busy................
