Hi Joan... as I've always said... you buy when the time to buy is right for you. Same goes for selling.

This was a good reblog Joan. So many people are simply frustrated. They want to buy now, but cannot find anything to buy!

Hi Joan Cox - To me, the time to buy is now.  I have already had people waiting from 2 years ago and now they would have to spend $200,000 more to get a similar home.  I will go to Shayne's blog and comment.

Waiting will only be done by those that just can't seem to get a contract to be accepted n a home now

Nick, in Denver waiting may not be the best decision, as values are increasing 15%.

Nina, true, but the rates are so low right now.   Just wish the buy side would be easier.

Jeff, we can find the homes, but securing it is a different story.
