What a fun post!  We knew a deal killer when an attorney would announce "I am not a deal killer, I am a deal maker!"  And then the stumbling blocks would be raised...However, we found ways to work around those buggers...A

I think that there are a lot of things amiss in today's world and unfortunately no power has been bestowed upon me to make them better, haha.

What I thoroughly enjoy about your posts is that you see things from a different angle.  Everything you do is unique!  Just stay away from that big guy.  He looks mean!

Words are very powerful today. We have people who throw out an off the cuff remark who have their lives ruined by (often) small minded people.

Hello Michael,  Some people think they are big and can step on the little guy always.  I fight for the little guy.

These are the times where we can only control our behavior and simply cringe when experiencing 'deal breakers', especially when their actions adversely affect my clients Michael Jacobs. I was once called a "Bulldog on a pantleg" for good reason!

Hi Michael- your title made me think of think of things running amok, which they tend to do. 

Amiss, afoul, amuck, a congress. All the same thing, right?

I've had people who tried to step on me, the vast majority did so to their demise.

Michael, some people are their own worst enemies, and those are ones I like to stay away from.   

Some people are their own deal killers and self sabotoge their deal. I've had to work through a few deals where agents were the deal killers. 

Wayne Martin  I have not only walked with Michael I have broke bread many times over the past 10 years, he is the real deal and not as philosophical in real life he can carry a conversation with us mare mortals:)Endre

Michael, your posts always generate more thoughts about situations from a while ago.  Some good, some not so good.

Stay away from the deal killer, whatever you do!
