1- They want to know you are an expert in your field
2- That this call is going to improve their situation and understanding of their problems
3- It's not going to cost a a lot
4- It's going to happen quickly
5- it will happen with great certainty if they choose to work with you
6- You are going to deliver on what you say you know how to do
It's about having them trust you not talking about something unrelated to their business
Trust comes from:
You know how to run a business call in the culture we live in TIME IS IMPORTANT
Understanding their problem is critical (having done background research on them)Â
You have solutions that exist to help them get somewhere they want to go
TRUST BUILDS RAPPORT!!!
